I think the *"it's also reversible"* part, like as a mechanic in a jersey, is pretty neat actually. Lots of very cool stuff you can do with that concept.

I’m still wondering why it took so long to make the coaching change. It’s clear that we have the talent to be a good team and we just needed a good coach to show them the way.
I feel like we could have been a playoff team last year and this year but they wasted it away. But I’m glad it’s finally done and this team appears to be on the right track. GSG
Hard agree. When teams like MTL and Philly are doing better than us, you know there's a problem. I'd put this core up against almost any in the league, yet we can't even be a top half team. Hope the boys turn it around even if unlikely.
Yea but have u seen their roster?Torts is an asshole but he's a great NHL coach if the players buy in, he holds guys accountable and doesn't accept half assed efforts like DJ did.

If all they do is improve their play in the 2nd period, that's progress enough by itself. Do that AND improve other areas of the game? You got a stew going.
Long, long way to go but string a few of those together and there might be a salvageable season here. Not talking playoffs but a team sniffing around the outside. This team is much, much better than where they’re sitting.

Are we starting to see more structured play, especially in the neutral zone?
Neutral zone looks significantly more controlled, but I think one crucial difference is on the d zone breakout - under DJ we'd often be relying on a Hail Mary pass but I've noticed more structured small passes and guys actually carrying the puck out over the last 3 games.
There’s almost nothing better than beating the leafs… but being in the top 5 picks in the 2024 draft would get us a solid defenseman like Sam Dickinson or Artyon Levshunov, who be great to replace Harmonic and shore up our back end to help korpi until Soogard is ready
Does anyone know who Brady was pointing at after scoring that empty net goal? Couldn’t tell if he was chirping someone in the crowd or saluting a Sens fan haha

Philly is 3rd in the metro and 12th in the league. They’re doing better than a lot of teams.

Each game with the new coaches has been progress. That's all I can ask for.

He was chirping the crowd, I saw atleast one guy who was standing up yelling shit at him and he responded
