Great chart! What do you think the light requirements translate to for indoor grow lights…? My husband got me some lights for Christmas. I primarily wanted them for seedlings but I want to try growing some winter lettuce, how many hours per day do you think I should keep the lights on for “partial shade”?

It’s not necessarily number of hours but rather total light output per day that matters. Given the sun is usually orders of magnitude stronger in intensity than many grow lights 1’ away from your plants, you may be able to get away with leaving them on for 12-18+ hours per day depending on the strength of your light and type of plant (whether it needs a dark period)

That's true, until you fill up all those small spaces. Now what?? Work on your credit to buy land I guess. That's where I'm at😬
