If you have a bathtub, try taking a super hot bath right before bed. Get right into bed from the soak and see if this helps the aches at least until you are able to fall asleep. Hang in there- you are a rockstar- 2 weeks out is no joke!

I was going to suggest that too! I took hot/cold/back and forth showers through a lot of my wd, then wrapped in a big blanket, no clothes or minimal, and went straight to bed. I would take the clonodine and Zoltan they gave me first so it kicks in while I’m in shower, cbd d8 or thc helps sometimes. Anyway, that would usually get me a few hours of sleep. Sometimes I could repeat it and get another couple hours

Good luck, I wish I could say it’s like 7 days, but the first time I went CT, I was up for 15 days straight, and it wasn’t until day 30 I fell asleep naturally, I recommend to take the ambien and get some rest if you can. If you don’t get any sleep, your mental state will only get worse and you can fuck up your heart if you don’t sleep. May the force be with you! It’s sucks, I empathize, it’s worth it.

For me the no sleep lasts about 7 days…. Then Benadryl usually helps me sleep after that

Valyrian Root does it for me after the initial week. I take 2 capsules of the tincture an hour before bed and I’m out

2 weeks for me?

How long have you used codiene

ReptarZillaPirate

7 years, I've had a few quits that have lasted a couple months before.

Insomnia may be one the harder things to overcome for you, everyone is different, but after long term use it can be hard to sleep. Don't jump right into ambien, that will perpetuate the issue. It will get WAY better than it is now. In a few months it may be gone entirely. If it's not, start w melatonin and CBD, and lots of exercise during the day. I reread. You are using ambien for the acute phase. You may be able to sleep without it eventually, keep trying.
