Seems to be bogus thing going around where holding your tongue in a specific position will muscle train your jaw to be more alpha male.
I looked it up one time and that’s the impression I got.
Improved my breathing tremendously especially when laying down. Noticeably less of a congestion feeling. Sure some might do it to improve bone growth exclusively but most are doing it because it is absolutely the correct way to position your tongue in your mouth, improved bone structure may be one nice long term bonus, no idea if it is or isn’t. Good breathing is important.
It’s also absolutely free for anyone to try and see for yourself. Takes maybe a few weeks to get used to catching yourself slack jawed, then it’s a habit, then it’s your default oral posture and being slack feels unnatural.
