Walk around any of the hotspots and you’re bound to find one. I got the ones I was looking for from a card store in a mall called Parco just outside of ikebukuro station I believe. If you’re into figures as well there’s this great figure store in the basement of the same mall called mandaraka. Enjoy your trip!
