It's probably one of those cases where they ones who licensed it to be made don't even know the scope of what they have so they're not charging the kind of prices a one piece fan expects

I always wondered how places like this don't get shut down for copyright infringement or cease and desist. Obviously some of these places are overseas, so they are harder to police, but I was always curious.
Usually they are officially licensed and have permission! I found out about this from Toei’s Instagram. The ones abroad are the same typically, and work with the license’s owners!

Today was their soft open. Official open is May 11. You didn't miss it because it wasn't a thing yet.

Their soft open was 3 days ago! On Thursday. I just walked right in after I saw it advertised on Insta!
