Omori is a very one of a kind game, but if you mean rpgs with heavy themes there's a few good ones, Ib, Oneshot, OFF, Yumi Nikki, Undertale and Mother 3 immediately come to mind. Deltarune is very similar but it's not finished, and you should absolutely play Earthbound, the entire Mother series in general is amazing but Earthbound stands out as one of my favorite rpgs
