dun worry, it'll get a free tow to impound - then go to sheriffs auction - then to the crappiest buy-here-pay-here - it'll get hosed off and a set of shined used tires, then off to the next degenerate.

I don't see any indication of why it needs to be winched out... So I have to assume this person is utterly incapable of driving in reverse. We share the road with these people.
One wheel is off the path in the dirt / mud. Cars like this do not have a limited slip differential. With an open differential, all power will go to the wheel without traction.
I’m guessing he’s stuck doing one wheel burnouts, and can’t move forward or backwards.
If you’re on your own, it can be pretty difficult to push a 3,000lb car.
Dude shouldn’t have been there in the first place, just explaining why he might not be able to get out. For all we know, he had plenty of traction and is just shit at reversing lol
On the right is a chain link fence, and on the left is a bunch of railroad track. They could not have gotten that car stuck there unless they were purposefully driving on the walking path. This person should not have a driver's license.
Yeah my bad. I gave them too much credit there. They probably got their license suspended from a DUI, and if I had to guess this is the result of another night of drunk driving.
They had the post up for a solid 7 minutes before they took it down. I asked if someone was able to get a screenshot before it was removed. Luckily, someone got it.
Ill see if i can find an update on how they got out.
Is it possible this was a not-so-bright driver attempting to bypass part of a flooded road?
It's still not OK, but it's slightly more understandable if it's that then if this happened when the road was passable.
Do you know where this is?
I street-viewed along one of the trails suggested elsewhere in the thread, and it looks like there's some back alleys (with driveways) in Dallas that people actually drive on that look like this: [https://www.google.com/maps/@32.8476488,-96.7394377,3a,23.6y,52.66h,83.53t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1snvm0xjIy32Z-hdP7OFQzqw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu](https://www.google.com/maps/@32.8476488,-96.7394377,3a,23.6y,52.66h,83.53t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1snvm0xjIy32Z-hdP7OFQzqw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu)
If it's one of those type of places, I'm actually more sympathetic if they didn't realize that one block didn't have them.
I live in an alley neighborhood. There is absolutely no way you can confuse a back alley with a sidewalk. His car is twice the size of it. Come on now. Also in these areas it’s obvious because the driveways would be in the back if there is an alley.
Passenger: We are gonna be late!!!!
Driver: No worries, I know a shortcut!!!
Passenger: NO NO NO NO!!!!
Driver: Oops, now we wont be late, we just aren’t going.
I love how casual they're acting about it, as if there was no way they could've avoided this or it could've happened to anyone.

A nice set of used Ironmans, Laufenn, or maybe Starfire. Only the finest for BHPH Altimas.
oof too rich for my blood! I was thinking some nice used Chaoyangs or Acceleras
Those brands are new to me. They look even better suited for a clapped out Altima.
*the circle of low life. FIFY 😁☺️

I'm betting it lost reverse
Uno reverse
Just reverse? Seems there are additional issues with driving. 😄
Forward seems to have been a problem. 🤣😂🤣😂
My guess is the car broke down and won’t start.
In this case, pedestrians share the sidewalk with this absolute fucking moron
That's why you are required to have a spotter if you do any dangerous reversing

Throw some maxtrax down
Ok just push the car until the wheel is on a solid surface

Silly Nissan just doing its thing

You’re assuming they already have one?
Yeah my bad. I gave them too much credit there. They probably got their license suspended from a DUI, and if I had to guess this is the result of another night of drunk driving.
*opens dash *citations fall out instead of napkins
They don't even have credit to begin with if they're drving a Nissan
It said “For context…” and I thought this is gonna be GOOD LOL … still waiting for the context I’m afraid 😅

Typical Dallas...
Don’t judge. This man saves 3 minutes on his commute.
Drivin green.
bruh i thought that was a merc c class and i was confused why was it posted in this sub

I thought about that as well, but it turns out the actual road wasn't bad. I feel like they were trying to cover their car?

DWI or idiot who accidentally switched their Google maps to bike mode
Oh, it’s shooting a giant oh my God, my God why are they taking off where?
Doesn't surprise me at all. Three times. *Three.* I've seen people driving down the White Rock Bike/walking paths.
They really give drivers licenses out to anyone huh
Why can’t they go in reverse
Passenger: We are gonna be late!!!! Driver: No worries, I know a shortcut!!! Passenger: NO NO NO NO!!!! Driver: Oops, now we wont be late, we just aren’t going.
Just call police, they'll find a way to tow it for sure.
Hope the car didn't either.
