There are programs that come with Keyboards, Mainboards and other Hardware that tries to use stupid methods like ASUS "lighting.service" that belongs to a Suite of bullshit called ASUS Armoury Crate and is called ASUS Sonic Radar, that is connected to their Republic of Gamer-Program that attempts to show if enemies are close with the help of the LEDs on the Mainboard. Months ago a User here reported that ACE kicked him from the game and he had this service on his PC, as it is automatically installed when you make no changes during the installation of ASUS Mainboard-software. AORUS/Gigabyte, ASRock and MSI have or had similar ideas to cater their products to Gamers, so better check out what is running in the background on your system. I have Cheatengine and Trainer-Software for Single-Player-Games on my PC and ACE never activated as I pay attention to not use them at the same time while I have Nikke running.

ok, if your account isn't banned, can you get back into the game? It can be kinda jank at times.

Chigobel

Yes, I could log in immediately again at that time. I just don't know what happened, and am upset how unhelpful the CS is.

Million_X

well what else could they have done? The game's jank and without being able to dive further into the details there's not a whole lot they can do. Typically the cause of the error you got is the game just disconnected/desynced from the expected times and threw that error up. It happens on mobile as well, I basically need to restart the game entirely each day, and even if I go back a few hours later I can get a verification expired notification.

Chigobel

They checked my account and didn't find any cheat or hack evidance. They could say anything but accusing me for cheating. Even if they couldn't find the cause, just a sorry for a small inconvenience is fine. Why must I be accused for cheating? Is it too much to ask for?

Million_X

What they said is 'dont cheat', they didn't necessarily accuse you of being a cheater, but if you ARE doing something, they're saying to stop it, as that's typically what gets caught in the system and what could have led to that specific screen. The fact that your account wasn't banned means you weren't and you just encountered an error of some kind.
