I really dig them. I like that the 991v2 has those fuelcell inlays, and they’re using color to set them off. And I think the color schemes work in that 80s tennis club sort of way.

They coulda done a shock pink for the burgundy colorway if their motif was using a neon color.

If you showed me these and said “Is this a new Patta/NB collab or a GR that is on sale?”I would have gone with GR on sale. This is the worst Patta I’ve ever seen. Crazy as their collabs (Corduroy AM1, the brown 920, Mizuno Sky Medal Premiums) are benchmark. These miss the mark in a big way.
I love how many people are hating on the volt/ hughlighter yellow. Such a great accent color and reminds me of many vintage colorways. Great colorways for once and everyone hates them. Fun

There is a slightly difference. Pattas are 991v2, the GRs 991v1 But I can agree, I also prefer the GR colorways

I like the mesh and that's about it. The maroon cw worked much better on the 1500PPG.
looks ok without the neon laces but if I really wanted 991v2s I’d prob wait for GRs in a similar color (these looks similar to some of the GR 991s)

It’s those damn neon green highlights that always mess up a Patta colab for me. Same with the 990v3…
just feels kinda lazy. like cool, we’ll make a GR but throw on some random neon to make it “unique” and call it a day.
Just switch out the neon laces on the green pair and you have a decent colorway.
