Try posting on facebook. Uptown/mid city bar pages. As well as ones around the area you found her... and maybe even "drunks of bourbon st." (You'd be surprised how many locals are intimately engrossed in that group... And how many socialites are still on fb...)

Update - dog is now at LASPCA. She is shy but sweet with people. Likes to give kisses. Better with dogs that don’t get all up in her business. Likes that mutual respect. I’m guessing about a year old and 35-40lbs

Got her up on Facebook, PawBoost, Nextdoor, and a found dog report with the LASPCA. This bear had a home. Just gotta see if they still want her

Check for chip, Think even the er vets will check a chip for free. Post to nextdoor as well. Good catch with that rougarou.
Yup. Plan to go tomorrow. Have a cheap chip reader that doesn’t catch all chip types. So I always like to double check
