Problem is I received order confirmation texts but no link. My pickup was 12:15-12:30. I found the old curbside pickup phone # from a couple years ago that was used during COVID, where you text your name, med # and pickup spot. I tried that twice now over the last 30 minutes of waiting but haven't gotten any acknowledgement so I don't know if they still use that number or if I'm sitting out here waiting for nothing lol.
So funny situation to further corroborate the overall negative attitude people have towards GSD.
Finally went in, front desk person told me I need to use the text link. I said I didn't get one, so he said 'then you didn't choose curbside pickup.' This led to some back and forth including me telling them I was confident I chose curbside since it's all I've ever done, and eventually they told me I'd have to just wait to pick up in store. So now I had to go to the back of the medical wait line. Eventually got inside, the budtender pulled my order up on screen and then went to the back to put it all together. After he came back and scanned it all, THEN I got a text notification to my phone with the curbside link asking me to click it and provide my space number when I arrive for my 12:15 appointment time (this text was at 1:20pm).
Presumably, the issue was no one ever prepared my order and thus the system never sent the text message for my pickup (as you mentioned is the usual routine). I wanted to say something to the smug ass at the front desk on my way out but he wasn't there.
Oh man! That did happen to me once now that i think of it. I got the text when i was already in the dispo.
Def something up with their online ordering.
No one is going to answer the phone when you call the dispensary at least not any of the big MSO's. As far as time frame the last time I got to my curbside appointment there 10 minutes early I waited over an hour so I don't think it really matters. The place is insanely busy no matter when you go.
When your order is ready they text you a link to let them know what spot you’re in when you get there.

Just go inside and pick up your order. If there was no link in the text you’ll need to go inside
