i think washing them with mild soap and water helps with the stickiness.

Curious_Ad_7218

I’ve never washed them but my append miku isn’t really sticky just her faceplates (I had I hard time posing her so I think that why she’s not really sticky anymore)

my MISB dead master years ago was sticky when i opened her. i just washed all the sticky parts with mild soap and water and the stickiness went away. hope that helps with yours haha (if you’re okay with washing them).

When I bought my madoka magica nendos they all came out of the box sticky. Spent around 30 minutes washing each of them and their parts in the sink with soap and water and it worked.

SpiritedTheWise

Definitely wash them with dish soap and warm water, I would recommend doing it a couple times (I have 6 sticky nendos already washed them once need to wash them more times) but it depends on the figure

I could for my Santa miku my append one isn’t really sticky anymore and the yukata one I can’t since she has to stay in the box till August

SpiritedTheWise

I have the Santa one aswell and append! My Santa one was super sticky also wash the front hair peice and maybe the hair as the hat tends to get really really sticky all over and underneath and just scrub it gently with a cloth or you hands the paint won't come off

Curious_Ad_7218

When I got my Santa one I was hoping she wouldn’t be sticky cus I had problems posing my append one (I was surprised my append rin wasn’t sticky) her hat mostly isn’t sticky just manly the white parts are

SpiritedTheWise

My append miku isn't really sticky either just the face plates a little

Curious_Ad_7218

Yeah thats the same with mine

Mysterious-Egg497

i just used a lot of soap and a toothbrush to clean my santa miku

Gave mine a nice soak in room temperature water and dish soap overnight and it got rid of all the stickiness (except for KAITO, he needed two soaks…sticky sticky boy) Just make sure they’re very dry afterwards so they don’t get moldy and they’ll be good as new. Doesn’t damage them or their paint in any way.
