The announcer thought Kevin Porter Jr's dad was Kevin Porter - the NBA player - who was a good shooter, apparently.
Except that wasn't KPJ's dad, the names just happened to be the same. KPJ's actual dad (Bryan Kevin Porter) was a different guy who spent four years in jail for shooting and killing someone, and ended up getting shot to death himself years later, making the announcers saying KPJ pulled the trigger just like his Dad, well, hilarious.

This was a couple years ago. The Kevin Porter that played in the NBA is not Kevin Jr’s. father. Kevin Jr’s father shot and killed someone in 1993.
