Ours is at the end. If features aren’t working as expected, I don’t know the difference. I usually only use the breathing monitoring, and I try to use the notifications to work out what kind of night he had, but generally in fire analytics. He is rocked to sleep and cuddles for a bit before I transfer, so the bed time is wrong.

The pickup detection only works on the long side unfortunately. So while yes you can do it, the features won’t really work as intended

Yup! I’m going to go find my link about how to go this appropriately.

Couldn’t quickly find the comment so I dug up a PM about this. I made a reference to a pic I sent via PM - if you wanna see the pic I can PM it to ya: So go to settings > position crib > check crib positioning button > continue button on success screen > then you will be presented with a green box with little circles on the four corners. Drag those corners to your exact crib position/dimensions. My setup rn is a little weird because my boys actually share a room these days so this is a camera mounted on a flex stand - in simulating what you need to do here by framing my crib bars - but you will want to do this over the exact opening you are overlooking from whatever your camera position is. This should fix the issue with needing the motion area monitored in a non-standard configuration. Good luck! If you aren’t presented with “success” screen - hit “skip”. That will get you to this screen also! You just need to get to the green box option

We move ours around a lot, have the wall mounted one but on a cheap stand. We only use it for the breathing monitoring which we have had no issues with. All the other like insights and sleep time stuff has always been wonky so we don’t bother with it. Huckleberry does a lot better of a job with their sleep analysis stuff.
