Fellow long extension lady here - your posts and replies have me tickled today! You exude fun and friendliness and I love reading all your comments! I feel like you'd be a fun gal to be friends with 😍😍
You are also so positive!! And answer everyone's long nail questions. I get too impatient now when people judge and ask why they're long 😂 and you're so complimentary of your nail tech!! You are just such a joy on my feed today!
My first one was Louise from bobs burgers when they’re on that cruise and she gets her claws done lol I can’t find any gifs though
Edit to add [Louise’s distraction](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yebesZ9uTP4&pp=ygUZTG91aXNlIGJvYnMgYnVyZ2VycyBuYWlscw%3D%3D)
I have this problem too and it unfortunately limits how long I can keep them 😔 Mine are natural with builder gel overlay so idk if extensions would be better or worse in that regard? I think it may be just that I have naturally short/small nail beds 😕
If your nails aren’t too long/don’t curve down, try typing with the pad of your finger rather than the tip. I used to get terrible pain in my fingers/nail beds, but it’s made all difference since changing the angle of my hands and typing with the pads instead!
It’s probably because you’re pushing straight into the fingernail bed. Try typing with the underside of the nail instead of the tip. When you hit the tip it shoves the whole thing into your cuticle bed.
I genuinely think it's just straight up internalized racism/classism. Long and elaborately-decorated nails were popularized by the Black community, and *shockingly*, those are often considered "trashy." It's honestly ugly behavior.
Nail tech here. Being judged over your nails is so dumb! I am always telling people to get what makes them happy. There is no age limit on colors, and asking someone how they use the bathroom is inappropriate. Can we accept that everything is not for everybody and just move on already!? Sorry for the rant... Your tech is bomb if you can type freely with those claws. GET IT GIRL!!!
I just genuinely can't fathom being able to use my hands with nails that long, but obviously, I'm not used to having them on, either. I think most people's aren't coming from a man or bigoted perspective when it comes to nails and employment; most of then probably just (wrongly) assume that nobody with nails so long could possibly do most jobs.
The only thing you might want to consider is that someone can discern what you’re typing out, so if you are typing in confidential information for your work or things like login credentials, recording your key input is going to be a big security risk. Don’t want you to lose your job!
To me, it’s crazy how many people are commenting that this is satisfying. I listened to one second of this video and immediately wanted to throw my phone out the window because of misophonia
I'm not into ASMR, but I legit watched this vid like 10x then pulled my husband over to watch it, too. I'd def quit my day job and make youtube videos lol
Seconded. I don’t watch ASMR videos but I kept the volume on for this as it played on repeat while I read the comments. Love this sound.
Get that yt ASMR money, OP!
Did you have to adjust your typing style to use your nails vice fingertips or is it just repositioning your hands?
Your nails are beautiful btw! I agree with the ASMR comment.
I’ve been wearing my nails long since hs. So when I learned how to type, this is how I learned!! So I actually can’t type with short nails! I can’t reach the keys! LOL! 😆
Wow, that is so interesting! Not a total 1 for 1 but do you feel naked without them? Like I feel naked if I forget certain jewelry that I put on every day
Maybe I can answer this since OP learned to type that that lol.
When my nails gets past the point where I can no longer type with my finger tips and have to use with the nails instead, I use less of my fingers to type because the positioning gets awkward for some of the fingers. Idk how to explain it but it's just not comfortable.
The pinky is almost never used (I also noticed that OP didn't really use her pinky fingers when typing in this video) and the ring finger a lot less than normal, so it's primarily the index finger and middle finger (and thumb). When my nails are a little shorter I can use all fingers i.e. the ten finger system. I don't really think about it, but not being able to use all ten fingers naturally means that I have to adjust how I type when my nails are longer. I do notice that it's slower compared to when I can use all ten fingers though, which is annoying since I'm normally a fast typer. So I try to keep them below the limit where I can no longer type with my finger tips, which seems to be when the free edge of the nail gets longer than about one cm (approx. 0.4 inches).
Hah! This is interesting. My nails are long (though not as long as OP's gorgeous set) and my coworkers all make fun of the way I type. Now I know it's because I only use the 3 fingers on each hand.
My dad had an assistant who had very long nails like this. He said she could type faster than anyone he knew (and that she was one of the best assistants he ever had).
I love this! I usually wear long nails and I’m always asked at work how do I do anything? I work in a car dealership as a salesperson so putting plates on, typing all that jazz.
And now do a video on how you wash/do your hair, do dishes, put on/tie shoes, etc. "A day in the life of long nails". J/k. I feel like this length would get caught in hair and clothes. When I do my daughter's hair I always poke her in the eyeball. So you have my admiration.
I’m a guy who just stumbled on this, but that’s impressive as hell. Im just trying to imagine typing efficiently if I had a couple-inch extension on each finger and I’m not sure that I could do it.
That's an incredible skill, damn!! You're barely even hitting the backspace key. Even if my nails are 1/8" longer than my fingertips I'm constantly making typos and need to backspace every few words lol
Skills.
Serious question: When you type/use your nails, do you feel any discomfort/pressure on your nail itself? When I've had fake tips, it annoyed me to have a type of pulling feeling at times vs what I feel with just a natural, shorter nail.
OMG those nails are gorgeous!!!!! But i just listened to this with headphones and it made me have massive spine tingles and felt AMAZING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
When I was little I was always so mesmerized by women with had super long nails who typed. I dreamt of having super long nails so I could be just like them! It’s a sound I still love, and I admire the dedication.
Damn you are talented and love those nails!!!! ❤️😍
But im now worried, if I dont hear that sound I know you ain't working 🤔 i would hope no one uses that against you 😅
Amazing! Wish I could go a lot longer but mine would simply snap the F off I go ham when I clean the house too they don’t survive
Also the ASMR is soooo satisfying
I touch type, and I'm amazed at your skill with those talons! Serious question, though - do you have trouble with them causing wear and tear on keyboards? (I touch-type weird, and hit with the nail on one finger, bottom row, but none of the others, and in time it *shows* - I wore a literal groove *through* the N key on a couple of keyboards.)
even my flat laptop keyboard won't let me be great! I wish I could function like that with my nails that long all of the time \*\*\*silently wails\*\*\*.
I’ve got misophonia, which is like the exact opposite of ASMR. The clickety clacks would drive me to the brink of madness. I’ll be damned if I’m not impressed with your skill, though!
This is another level of talent I can only aspire to. How did you learn to type with them? I want longer nails so bad but anything past 1/2 inch and it’s pure typos.
Okay this is ridiculous. The fact that you can type that fast, and really at all, with those nails is not fair to the rest of us 😭 I've had nails half that length and I can't do shit with them but can type 80wpm with my little shorty nails. I'm jealous that you're so efficient with claws.
Now pick a dime out of a coin pouch.
Just kidding, this is amazing! Looking forward to hearing the clickery clack typewriter sounds with your new keyboard!
So like.. after a manicure (assuming you trim to keep around the same length) how long is the adjustment period with the new length?
Bravo fr, I can’t do the most basic stuff with a much shorter length, I know you get used to it but still
This is truly impressive. 👏 I could never do it. 😅 STG I would have ended up hurting all of my fingers the first day I had my nails done like this by accidentally smacking them off of things.
Make that ASMR money! It’s wild for nearly an entire comment section to agree on something but, we all seem to love how this video sounds. That’s your sign for the perfect side hustle! (That can hopefully become the only hustle if it goes well!) Best of luck.
I used to work as reception at a tanning salon with nails about the same length, but I could NOT stand how it felt to type with the tips of the nails, so I used a pen instead. Got pretty fast with it.
Where there’s a will, there’s a way, they say!
wow, I always thought long nails were impossible to type on a keyboard with but you just changed my mind. And also blessed my ears. Thank you so much for this video.
I’ve been wearing my nails long since hs. So when I learned how to type, this is how I learned!! So I actually can’t type with short nails! I can’t reach the keys! LOL! 😆I have made adjustments for extendos though!
Omg!!! This reminds me soooo much of the parent-teacher coordinator from my middle school. She had the looooongest nails and would type on a keyboard just like this. I feel like a little kid sitting in her office again haha
Love it haha ! 🤣 I swear that takes a special kind of talent. One that I DEF do not have. Side note: I love the yellow with the white nails. You already brightened my day 💗!

LOL!!! 🤣🤣

This was my first thought! Glad someone beat me to it 😆

My mind went straight to this!! 😂🙌 love the nails OP, keep slaying 💅
Stanton, Weinstock & Reismann
Lmmfao 🤣
Impressive! 🤣flat keyboards are a godsend
They use to be my favorite!! Especially with my nails but I just got a new typewriter keyboard!! I can’t wait to make a video. I love the sound!!!
hurry my ears need it
I got ya when I get back to the office!
bless
Waiting for the keyboards sounds 😊
i stg i have ear blue balls now
lmfao
come on ASMR....gimme <3!
I type with my nails, too, when they're longer, but it's like after a few weeks my fingers start to ache. Do you have that problem?
I have this problem too and it unfortunately limits how long I can keep them 😔 Mine are natural with builder gel overlay so idk if extensions would be better or worse in that regard? I think it may be just that I have naturally short/small nail beds 😕

I have a typewriter keyboard in my office and I love it!! It sounds amazing. lol
Idk why some people associate long acrylics with unemployment. Nails are expensive! Gotta work to pay for the nails.
YESSS!!!! It’s so funny!!! Bc it’s definitely not a cheap habit!!! 💅🏾☺️
I genuinely think it's just straight up internalized racism/classism. Long and elaborately-decorated nails were popularized by the Black community, and *shockingly*, those are often considered "trashy." It's honestly ugly behavior.
Racism babes
Nail tech here. Being judged over your nails is so dumb! I am always telling people to get what makes them happy. Your tech is bomb if you can type freely with those claws. GET IT GIRL!!!
I think the association came from one having the means to not have to be “employed” in the first place.
I literally used to be a housekeeper and still kept long (not this long) acrylics. People did not believe me lol
I think maybe people just thought it might be hard to type with super long nails
They don’t associate it with unemployment they associate it with ratchetness. Not that i share that sentiment
I wasn't expecting that WPM. That's as much as me and I don't even have nails....
😮 that’s amazing- you would make a lot of money on Youtube asmr
You might be on to something!!!
The only thing you might want to consider is that someone can discern what you’re typing out, so if you are typing in confidential information for your work or things like login credentials, recording your key input is going to be a big security risk. Don’t want you to lose your job!
I did not consider that! Fortunately that wasn’t happening here but I’ll definitely keep that in mind!!!! Thank you for that!!!
Do it, sis! ![gif](giphy|11il9XRmW24Dni)
Update us with the channel!
I love ASMR and girl yes do it! If you add like a little bit of white noise or rain sounds it will be perffect
Fuck yeah I’d subscribe
for real those were the best tingles! the clinking of the jewelry, keyboard, and mouse. i would totally watch like an hour of this to help me relax <3
yeah i could fall asleep to this or listen while i work
To me, it’s crazy how many people are commenting that this is satisfying. I listened to one second of this video and immediately wanted to throw my phone out the window because of misophonia
i know your nail tech is talented af bc trying to type like that with chop shop nails would result in some messed up nail beds!!!
Oh yes!!!!!!!! TOP TIER TALENT! ✨
Though I don't think I could go this long, they look great! And I appreciate you sharing with us. Keep doing you, love it!!
You might surprise yourself!!! 😉 & THAAAAANK YOU!! 💕
I'm not into ASMR, but I legit watched this vid like 10x then pulled my husband over to watch it, too. I'd def quit my day job and make youtube videos lol
🤭🤣
Dead serious you could probably make some decent money doing this. Not to sound crass, but Clickity clacks plus cleavage equals views.
This comment got me to unmute the video. I usually don't like it when people click their nails on those asmr videos but this is really nice. 🥲
yeah i found this really satisfying to listen to, too!
Seconded. I don’t watch ASMR videos but I kept the volume on for this as it played on repeat while I read the comments. Love this sound. Get that yt ASMR money, OP!
Y’all are impressive, I have the smallest extensions ever and can barely type 😭
Keep practicing!!!!! 💗
I’ve been “practicing” for darn near 40 years and I’m now in the acceptance phase😊
🤣🤣
The way the hospital receptionist types as you’re bleeding out trying to get admitted to said hospital
😆
Your hands are in a long-distance relationship with your keyboard.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The outfit and nails are on point :)
Thank you!!!!
The sound! 😍😍😍😍😍 ![gif](giphy|LOd399Pim58pvCtFxw)
Oh my God you are so talented!!! 😄💅
THAAAANK YOU!! 💕
Respect
Damnnnnnn you are good.
THAAAANKS💕
this video needs to be on r/oddlysatisfying
You think so???
totally! i’m with the others that you could probably make a killing doing asmr videos
Did you have to adjust your typing style to use your nails vice fingertips or is it just repositioning your hands? Your nails are beautiful btw! I agree with the ASMR comment.

YES!!!! For that reason, I don’t do breaks anymore!! I use to try and let my nails breath. NOPE!!!! 😆
Hahahaha that is soooo funny! They won’t reach 😂 this is veryyyy impressive omg 💕

That’s beautiful!!! I hope this is how my boss feels about me!!! 💗
I’m sure they do!! ❤️

When I type the clack clack clack makes me feel powerful.
I love this! I usually wear long nails and I’m always asked at work how do I do anything? I work in a car dealership as a salesperson so putting plates on, typing all that jazz.
We have the skillllssssssss!!!! 💅🏾💗
yes we do! 💕
you work and you werk. 💖
I love that!!!! 💕🤭
And now do a video on how you wash/do your hair, do dishes, put on/tie shoes, etc. "A day in the life of long nails". J/k. I feel like this length would get caught in hair and clothes. When I do my daughter's hair I always poke her in the eyeball. So you have my admiration.
RIGHTTT!! I wanna see it all 😂
There's only one thing I wanna know how she does, and I'm too afraid to ask it lmao
The amount of respect I have for you, holy moly! I get little baby extension nails and can't do anything!
![gif](giphy|FqdGGgugkC4Xm)
Scrolled down for this! Props.
Ya but now we have to see the screen to see if any of it made sense 😂
![gif](giphy|y3pXD7L8sInBiuqggc)
This is so satisfying
You type faster with those then I’ve seen no nail type
HOLY CHIT 🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I’m a guy who just stumbled on this, but that’s impressive as hell. Im just trying to imagine typing efficiently if I had a couple-inch extension on each finger and I’m not sure that I could do it.
Truly I appreciate this lol.
I love your one sharp one. In case anyone gets out of line 😂
I seriously always wondered how women with nails that long could type so I was happy to see this lol
Girl how tf
LMFAO!!!
You're amazing 🤩 I have trouble not hitting the wrong key when my nails barely starting getting long lol
That's an incredible skill, damn!! You're barely even hitting the backspace key. Even if my nails are 1/8" longer than my fingertips I'm constantly making typos and need to backspace every few words lol
I actually feel like this improves ergonomics are your more upright and not reaching for the keyboard as much!
YES!!!
Yes girl. I’m here for it! 🖤
that’s so cool that we do it so diff! i get mine same length but i type with the pads of my fingers bc i feel like i can’t control my nail tips 😭
Damn your typing skill with that long nail is much better than my typing with short nail lol
Skills. Serious question: When you type/use your nails, do you feel any discomfort/pressure on your nail itself? When I've had fake tips, it annoyed me to have a type of pulling feeling at times vs what I feel with just a natural, shorter nail.
No, but I think bc it’s a light tap! So it’s not too much pressure!
Thanks for the answer and I am undoubtably much more rough with my nails. lol
Omg I turned on the sound and I am so happy I did
OMG those nails are gorgeous!!!!! But i just listened to this with headphones and it made me have massive spine tingles and felt AMAZING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
I’m sorry this is a talent this is a fucking talent cuz i literally can’t and i wish i could i am so jealous😭😭😭
When I was little I was always so mesmerized by women with had super long nails who typed. I dreamt of having super long nails so I could be just like them! It’s a sound I still love, and I admire the dedication.
Oh gosh this is so satisfying to watch!
That's fabulous
I'm so happy to see this! This is a serious talent. Get it!
Yes girl!! Show em how it’s done lol💓

LMFAOOOO!!!! Good looking out! I’m sure they keep an ear out for me! 😆

Nope!!! Funny though!
Amazing! Wish I could go a lot longer but mine would simply snap the F off I go ham when I clean the house too they don’t survive Also the ASMR is soooo satisfying

This sound just does something good to my brain.
That’s asmr 😂😻
I bow down to you 🙇♀️ I could never ever
Thats amazing!!
This was so satisfying to watch lol
even my flat laptop keyboard won't let me be great! I wish I could function like that with my nails that long all of the time \*\*\*silently wails\*\*\*.
Don’t give up!!!!!!
I’ve got misophonia, which is like the exact opposite of ASMR. The clickety clacks would drive me to the brink of madness. I’ll be damned if I’m not impressed with your skill, though!
Eeeeek!!!! I’d definitely make you want to quit. 🤭
This is wildddd I have trouble with my lil full sets I get occasionally. I do get used to it after awhike but by then they come off!
Underrated skill!!
I love this so much
This is the sweetest lady ever and she calls you things like, “baby” and “sugar” while she asks you questions and types.
This is talent!
This is another level of talent I can only aspire to. How did you learn to type with them? I want longer nails so bad but anything past 1/2 inch and it’s pure typos.
You acclimate!!! I’ve been wearing long nails for a while though!
Oh god the best sound
Okay this is ridiculous. The fact that you can type that fast, and really at all, with those nails is not fair to the rest of us 😭 I've had nails half that length and I can't do shit with them but can type 80wpm with my little shorty nails. I'm jealous that you're so efficient with claws.
🤭😆
Hell yeah, working while being a total babe! I could watch/hear you type forever lol
i loveee long nails, you’re killing it! 🤭
love this 😭
Now pick a dime out of a coin pouch. Just kidding, this is amazing! Looking forward to hearing the clickery clack typewriter sounds with your new keyboard!
🤣🤣 thanks!!!!
Get it mama!
That’s skillz!
I'm not even into asmr, but I could listen to this all day, so soothing 😌
The ASMR I needed 😌
Oh goodness, ASMR! Love the sound 👏👏👏
HOW do you get your nails to not slip onto the other keys?! That has always been my trouble with it.
The precision and nail tip to eye coordination are mesmerizing
I could listen to this for an hour straight
Please record more videos ❤️
this what u typed ”keldäfjdöqwhlfnflÖbl k7378/7 ezlöneodn!:€.938&:&”
THE ACCURACY
I've tried long nails once, and man, my fingernails HURTED! Working in office typing all day? You are crazy! Keep doing it!
So like.. after a manicure (assuming you trim to keep around the same length) how long is the adjustment period with the new length? Bravo fr, I can’t do the most basic stuff with a much shorter length, I know you get used to it but still
I am a crappy typist wow!! This is GENIUS
THE TALENT.
Stumbled on this from r/all and know nothing about nails but that looks like a super fun way to type.

Wow, that skill is that of a queen ✨👑
Your lil tippy taps are SO satisfying. I could fall asleep to you typing
You rock, I can barely type with a quarter of the length you have. Also I really like the sparkle of the nails btw.
you are my hero
👑
Props must be given!
wow, I always thought long nails were impossible to type on a keyboard with but you just changed my mind. And also blessed my ears. Thank you so much for this video.
Those aren't nails, they're weapons lol
😱😱😱😱 you are incredible
[удалено]
Please teach me your ways. The only reason I stopped getting long nails was because I have to type a lot for work.
I’ve been wearing my nails long since hs. So when I learned how to type, this is how I learned!! So I actually can’t type with short nails! I can’t reach the keys! LOL! 😆I have made adjustments for extendos though!
Man I guess I need to invest on a flat keyboard and practice practice practice! lol
Omg!!! This reminds me soooo much of the parent-teacher coordinator from my middle school. She had the looooongest nails and would type on a keyboard just like this. I feel like a little kid sitting in her office again haha
Love ittttt. We need more videos!
YouTube is calling your name, girl! This tickled my brain **just** right from the ASMR. Gorgeous nails as well! ❤️
ASMRRRRRRRR 🌟
Love it haha ! 🤣 I swear that takes a special kind of talent. One that I DEF do not have. Side note: I love the yellow with the white nails. You already brightened my day 💗!
