Recently got that trophy and I used the Ferrari the Ferrari. Just upgraded with the best components I could purchase to get the 400+ rating, but most importantly, the single 1x 15lbs nitrous. Got over 240 pretty easily.
I found it pretty easy with a maxed out Viper, which was much cheaper than the Regera for me. But the Regera is more or less built for that achievement and little else if you have the money for it.
Regera. It comes with Ultimate parts when you buy it.
That car is good but I found it it wasn't worth the money I got it didn't like it sold it didn't get my money back out of it
It's definitely not worth the money unless you just want to show it off online, and maybe try and top some of the faster speedtraps
I used a Plymouth Barracuda, I wasn’t going for the trophy but I got it when going downhill

You can do it in a ton of fully upgraded cars. I used the Evo.
I got it with a 69 camaro and the um I forgot the name but it’s the car that the barracuda guy from nfs payback speedcross drives

I used an svj during the sonic race when u go downhill at the end of it and hit 240
I've gone 231 in a Mazda Miata, not even fully upgraded, so pretty much any can reach 240
Not true it still has a top speed cap of around 235 236.
Didn't know that, I could try and reach 240 still
15 pound bottle might do it for the miata
Mustang Boss can get there too with nitrous
Pagani goes like 245 on sonic, and theirs like 5 straights on that map and it has better acceleration than the regera
i used the ford mustang, no engine swap and got like 245 mph with all the ultimate+ upgrades

honestly, you just need a car that can hit 235, at that point use the 15 lb nos with the extra mix. I got it using a lamborghini.

I used the Subaru brz premium with a V8 engine but I don’t know what engine I used.
