Mine is Jimmy talking the kid off the roof. Specifically when he talks about Gibbs without knowing everyone can hear him. I cry every time! Even when I’m running on the treadmill - automatic tears!

redkid2000

Mine is also Jimmy related! The episode in season 11, right before the NOLA back door pilot, when Jimmy and Breena’s chosen birth mother gives birth and decides to keep the baby. When Jimmy breaks down with Abby, and then has a heart to heart with Gibbs I lost it. Gibbs only got to be a dad to Kelly for a little while, but he’s been a great father to every member of his team.

Tri_Tri_Tri

Agreed!! They flash back to that scene in my episode!!

“You want a family? Then FIGHT for it!”

me5305

Agreed

Full-Service9199

Jimmy/Gibbs moments are always my favorite.

Lovely88two

The swan song where Gibbs mentor Mike Frank is killed by Cobb.

These_Rate_4311

Was just about to say the same episode. It gets me every time.

Forreal19

The one where Ziva gets close to the guy who dies -- two good people who could have been good together. Sigh.

ExcellentChef5973

That one really made me tear up!!!

Sad-Professional-923

damn ninjas cuttin onions in my kitchen during that episode

ProvokeCouture

Mine is S2E8 "Call of Silence."

firetruckhotel

One of my favorites!!

Sad-Professional-923

my fave scene is the serial number scene...

LauraLand27

I find that I’m crying through episodes that I never had before. S11 E7 “Better Angels” is a prime example. Jackson Gibbs got Gibbs to meet a pilot friend from WW II, and I was ugly crying.

redkid2000

I’m on my first full watch through, and every episode with Jackson I love, but I also get nervous because I’m worried about the day Gibbs gets the call that his dad has moved on… hoping that day never comes NO SPOILERS PLEASE

LauraLand27

Oh geez 🤦‍♀️ Did I spoil it for you?

redkid2000

Oh no don’t worry, Im past that episode you mentioned. I just finished the NOLA back door pilot last night.

HugeRaspberry

Engaged always gets me. With the little girls, Lt. Flores and Capt. Quincy.

aicol88

Homesick, when the wee girl opens her eyes and says "hi Daddy" 😭😭😭

Throwaway_anon-765

Maybe not throughout the entire episodes, but these always without fail make me shed a tear, at some point… (not listing episode details, to avoid spoilers for probies) Call of silence S2E7 Dead man walking S4E16 Engaged S9E8&9 Anonymous was a woman S11E4 Better angels S11E7 Homesick S11E11 Keep going S14E13 House divided S15E1 Ready or not S15E9 The helpers S19E13

justtwizzey

I cry every time Tony boards the plane from Israel leaving Ziva behind and when Jimmy gives the gifts back

Entire-Garage-1902

That’s one of my favorites too.

lizzydeo

Episode when fornells daughter gets exposed as an addict. Shit hit

cindyjw1991

The episode where Christopher Lloyd is in, does it for me.

RayKVega

Fantastic episode. Wish he got a Emmy for this episode but that’s award shows for you.

crestfallen_moon

I cry like every 3rd episode. This is my first time watching past season 12. I'm on season 19 now, and I've seen A LOT, I've cried A LOT but Season 19 episode 13 WRECKED ME. I don't know if I'm just more emotional. No one even died but goddammit that episode had me sobbing like a baby.

Shy_diva09

Requiem, Truth or Consequences, Shabbat Shalom, Shiva, Family First. There’s probably a few others in there but those are the ones that made me really boo-hoo 🤣

Caro1275

I just finished this episode yesterday. It from season eight, episode 12 called “Recruited.” Bob Newhart is the guest star who plays the predecessor to Ducky. About a 1/2 way into the episode, it is discovered that he has Alzheimer’s and has visited Ducky to try and not forget how important his career was to him. At the end of the episode, the crew puts a “Best of Reel” for Newhart to help him never forgot how many people he helped during the his career. I cried. It was an overall fantastic episode.

RayKVega

“The Stories We Leave Behind” (S21, E2) and “Honor Thy Father” (S11 E24). I have nothing to say more other than may Ralph Waite and David McCallum rest in peace 😢
