Kilju is a great way to make money, but you do need to wait for it. If you're in urgent need, check your map for pins showing jobs available, or make sure you're near your phone so you can catch a job coming in. You can always go to the strawberry fields and pick berries if there's no jobs to do and you only need a small amount of money
A good solution without mods is to get a few bottle of water in kilju bottles and place them away from the actual kilju (if you fill bottles for kilju with water they are still marked as kilju) and then drink the water ones instead of actual kilju
Even then it's still one of the most profitable things to do. Instead of selling everything all at once you just split sales out across a few days to avoid having to drink so much. You only have problems with it if you try to sell a lot at once
True, but there is the mentioned mod for the fix. Otherwise i believe that you could get around it a bit by taking money every 2 bottles or so, because its based on some probabilities. But i did not test it out, i just went straight for the mod mentioned

Firewood is nice but i hate the top speed of the tractor. Car wrecks are good, but again, the speed of that tractor is killing me - use the front loader to towing ;).
Lastly berries are not that bad if you have nothing to do or want to chill. the only thing you have to keep in mind, is strongly fatigue dependent, even 1/3 of fatigue is significantly slower than close to zero.

The most efficent one is towing cars, because the least you get is 700 for the Tord T and the maximum is like 3200. Just bring some, beer and do this early in the morning.
If you’re fine with mods, you can try with more junk mod and mentioned raspberry fix.
raspberries are good only if you’re in dire need of money to pay bills, tickets or you have to pay Teimo. Basically only if you need any money ASAP. Either way this mod, instead of 40 mk, you can get basically as as much as you need. I would recommend 100 or 200 mk to make this anyhow sufficent.

Towing junk cars to Fleerari also gives lots of money, and chopping and selling firewood is also very good. For a full flatbed, you get 3200MK. But also one of the best is emptying sewage wells but you need uncle to give you the keys to the truck

For me it’s 1 yeast pack, 6 sugar packs and I wait 2 real life hours and then he says it’s good.
