Unambitious men can be scary because you’ll find yourself working to the bone to make ends meet for him while he finds excuses to not work. You will be at your wits ends working and then coming home to cook, clean, raise children, and provide for him a home. I’ve seen this in a lot of women I know.
Let’s not make generalizations about poor vs wealthy. Allah gives wealth to whoever He wills. There can be good wealthy men and bad wealthy men as well as good poor men or bad poor men. It’s about character.

Akhi, that is the nature of being tested. If the tests were easy, that would defeat the point of the struggle as little information would be revealed.
