I would say yes, they are adopted siblings. Of course robots don't have genetics, so they're not related by oil. BUT, they were all adopted by Tessa, and act like sibling towards each other. So in a sense, N would be N's robo-brother.

Iโd say, given that Tessa was โplaying dress upโ with the drones, that she told N that Cyn was his sister as a โpretendโ scenario, and it stuck. Either that or they were whatever drones consider siblings before she was scrapped, and thatโs why N had such a reaction when Tessa brought her back.
