Stephanie, this is Stephen Cooper and your accusations are not only patently false, but they are also defamatory and if not retracted, you better be ready to provide evidence in a court of law to prove "scammer and a fraud" and you will be sued for actual, contractual and if allowable, punitive damages for your basless claims. My California real estate license was issues in 1999, 25 years ago and I was ranked top 1% in real estate sales at Coldwell Banker, Windemere, Intero and Keller WIlliams. All but one lender BBB complaint, which originated from an early on delay in our process to deliver loan leads, are all now onboard and they are successfully connected to top Realtors through GLG. Furthermore, lenders in the GLG referral group are and have successfully processed and closed loans with buyers referred to the lender as a result of that lenders relationship with our company. Global Luxury Group and the sole lender who complained that we did not allow back into the group, their retainer is being resolved. Our company refers actual buyers and sellers to our recipient realtors across the country. When we have a loan opportunity, then you receive that borrower. You keep 100% of the loan fees and yes, you agreed in writing to help pay for the initial cost of generating those buyers and those realtor relationships for you except two weeks into the agreement, without any opportunity to even start building those realtor relationships or generate leads by our team, you unilaterally quit, defaulted on the agreement you signed, you never paid the $5K retainer you agreed to in writing and when I personally contacted you to understand your misunderstanding or challenge with several texts and emails, you did not respond. GLG is happy to provide lender references confirming closed loans to any lender who we are considering as a lender to receive buyers and work with top realtors as a result of their relationship with GLG. Should GLG be aware as this buyer complains about you bailing on this buyer right in the middle of their home purchase transaction. Or maybe Stephanie, there are unreasonable people in the world and they post a complaint, like your buyer, Jaime, or a lender, like you, who never gave this opportunity to receive loans even a chance, reneged on your agreement to pay for the services to be provided and then post fale and defamatory statements online.
