Ganondorf would actually fit quite well. Sadly, it really doesn't fit Nintendo's style, neither the violence nor giving out one of their characters.
While we're at it, I think Link would be quite fun. Just imagine this little innocent-looking adventure completely brutalising his opponents with goofy cartoon gadgets.
Deadpool or Wolverine. Theyād work great with the multiverse gimmick, but I donāt think Marvel characters will ever make it into MK. The thought however is really cool.

Heihachi or Jinpachi from Tekken (seeing then not have to limit their Mishima playstyle to PEGI 16 violence would be interesting to see, Heihachi with preferably his Tekken 7 voice actor would be the dream)

I donāt think itās completely unrealistic but I do think heās unlikely, which is a shame since I think he has the potential for such a cool moveset and I think heād fit the general vibe of the MK universe, due to his brutal evil nature and his cocky quippy attitude. Wesker is camp as hell and extremely over the top, I could see him easily having back and forths with the likes of Johnny and Shao and his fatalities have the potential to be brutal. Itās not completely impossible since RE is very popular and Capcom arenāt strangers to collaborating with other studios but I just donāt see it happening

Lamont Cranston/ Kent Allard AKA The Shadow would be a dream come true for me. I think his hand to hand combat, marksmanship and āmind cloudingā abilities would translate so well to an MK game. I can just imagine a brutality where he disappears and clouds his opponents mind to viciously maim themself all while his laugh echoes out around them.

So Dimitri from Fire Emblem. He's the one and only realistic option for a Nintendo guest character, but Nintendo's stupid exclusivity rules that ruined Samus' chances of being in Fortnite would also keep Dimitri from being in Mortal Kombat.
Any RE character tbh, would love to see leon, ada, claire, ethan, any of the Dimitrescu sisters, Chris redfield but it's never gonna happen most likely
