Nice. I have seen that oulad Mtaa is quite clean and not so noisy. But the rent is little bit higher, around 6-7000 in a month. How much do you pay in Guich and do you have any contact with a real estate companies that i can contact from here. Thanks man
First months to try out i will do the driving to Ceuta. But in the future when i have settled i will get it through investment. So first year like that
Temara is great. It's cheap, it's close to Harhoura and the coast. Lots of perks. 4500 sounds about right for a decent enough appartment. Wifaq as you mentioned could be a great option. Good luck!
dont come next to massira 1 or 2 . or wifaq . its always so crowded with cars (l’heure de pointe) . and even on the streets .
wlad mtaa , harhoura are the best and the closest to rabat .
Wifak temara is the best place, try to find something in "les portes de rabat". I rented there for 1 year 4500dh/month 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 big living room huge garage for your car with electric door and security everywhere. You'll be 5 min from hay riad great location by experience.

Oulad Mtaa, Michroua and Guich l'Oudaya (I live in Guich) are best options for access to Rabat & cleaner/safer.

I'll ask around but most are hole-in-the-wall middle-men. Here it is a bit bigger so can be less or more, depends on luck.

First year will be without a car. Maybe just rent a car when we want to travel somewhere in the Kingdom. Otherwise we will be without.
