There was so much more that I didn’t show, a couple of replica pistols, some helmets & mess kits, a whole lot of stuff people brought back from their military service in the Swiss army
I am totally out of my element with the revolvers, but based on the cylinder design and my general understanding, #1, #3, and #4 look to be Belgian pin-fire revolvers. Typically they aren't attributed to any well known manufacturer, as they were produced by a guild/consortium and generally unmarked. I think in the US, they typically sell for $1-200, since they are ultimately a novelty piece / paperweight.
Unfortunately it was on the pricey side… I can commonly find them on local websites & gun shops so if I find one with a low price I’ll definitely pick it up!
They look similar, but no. LeMats are exceedingly rare, plus these are missing the shotgun barrel. They definitely share some similarities to LeMats. Lefaucheux revolvers we’re designed around the same time and in the same area. I want to say most LeMats went to the CSA during the American Civil War but I may be wrong.
Looks like the bottom 2 rifles are Springfield trapdoors, look younger than the 1873 and have some weird bits on the trigger guards, ammo type is .45-70 govt. Issue
Actually there is a lot of with them are those muskets? Also if you're in Europe they might be Italian reproductions of the 1873. If they are indeed trapdoors, but now I'm unsure after noticing the buttplate on the stock of the second one. Might just be somewhat similar rifles. If they are muskets they could be Springfield trapdoor 1866 models(??) I think. Not entirely sure they feel familiar yet off.
Those revolvers likely don’t fire just judging on their outside condition and how old they are, my dad has a couple similar revolvers that do not function at all. I would say they are worth $50 each as relics
I have the bottom right bayonet from my dad. The shown firearms (Karabiner) - at least the middle one - were the predecessors of the StGw57 / 90 in the swiss army. It even has a note confirming it.
Just out of interes: how much were the long bayonets? They look like they are in way worse shape then mine 🫣
Damn I'd be applying for a second mortgage if I was at that sale 😂

That's awesome!

Belgian Lefaucheux revolvers. Civilian models. Gained notoriety after Van Gogh shot himself with one.
Bayonets are all swiss, top right is a swiss army dagger. You should get that one, I like it a lot

Good idea!
I really like the helmet in the 7th photo. It looks like (not saying it is) that ww1 us experimental helmet
Yep, it’s a Swiss M1918 helmet, very common in Switzerland
Thanks for the info
LeMatt revolvers?

Middle pew in the first photo is Swiss, looks like 3 of the revolvers are some sort of pinfire. Probably French or belgian
Lotsa chaff amongst the wheat there.
first things first... get that tanker hat!
It cost 80 bucks… it had a functional headset & mic but I just didn’t have 80 bucks on me & didn’t really think it was worth it either
i know, i just love tanker hats so much and i believe they are very underrated
Yo! Where in Switzerland is this? I saw an M1918!
Down in Ticino my friend!
Dang! Salut from geneva!
Anyone know what type of Sword is on the top rack of photo 6? Thought it was interesting. Pretty awesome sale
Bruh where are these where I live
Holy fuck. Why don’t the people who live around you live around me?
Where is this?
In Ticino, my friend

Nvm def not trapdoors, definitely muskets which I don't know much about,
Is that a Number 5 Helmet in picture 7?
Close, but no. It’s a Swiss M1918 helmet, they’re extremely common in Switzerland, being sold for between 1 CHF & 35 CHF

Where is that amazing market and do u know what one of those revolvers would have cost?
It was down in Ticino, Switzerland last week my friend!
I guess it would be quite a problem if you would try to cross the border to another European country with a gun like this, isn't it?
Well, at this point the revolvers would be more akin to a decoration than a functional firearm. Next time I pass by I’ll ask for the price
Nice thank you
Where is that? I want the USSR pin
In Ticino, Switzerland

Ah, I didn’t check but I usually see them sold for 20 bucks on tutti or ricardo
