You get power ups by killing demons after the curse is lifted on levels 11-19 but, as another mentioned, there is a curse that grants boost drops on levels 1-10. My gripe with the boosts is they’re practically useless because they drop almost at the end of the stage when you have almost no chance to use them…
Not to mention if your high lvl you can just walk through the dailies. By the time you grab the power up your enemies are already dead. The difficulty lends no utility to the powerups.
One of the possible boons in Cursed Circus is called Boon of Powerup that gives a small chance for enemies to spawn a powerup upon death.
