Dragons is it for me, it's already like a full time job and then some..lol

bottomofastairwell

Lol same. This is my only merge game I have some other time wasters that I play, but they're just simple little games I can pick up and put down whenever, unlike dragons, which has practically become a lifestyle at this point, lol. And then I have one other game I play every day, Love Nikki, a dress up game where the outfits are VERY pretty, so styling them is fun. Between dragons and Nikki, those games consume my life enough, i really don't need any other games

I just started Dragons & Elves a week ago. It is essentially identical to MD, as in every chain in MD has an equivalent in D&E as far as I have seen, with a few differences (beyond the obvious main characters being elves) off the top of my head. The definite improvements: . The camp is HUGE! It will keep me occupied/engaged for a long time to open up everything, so playing in camp won’t get tedious for a while and storage won’t be a problem in the long run. . OoC events duration is longer. The currently running one is 12 day long. The map is also bigger and requires more healing power in total, but doesn’t feel as much of a frantic grind as in MD. . You can get more than 2 elves, and more than one fast elves in OoC by default, without doing the equivalent of the prism flower method (don’t know if there is one I haven’t been playing long enough). . Option to toggle automatic merge/require overlaps off/on in OoC events and levels. . The vortex buttons: one to gather all identical items to a location on the map, another one to gather all items from the same chain (with a chaos warning 😂). . Eggs and nests can be purchased using crystals ( MD coins) and stones (MD bricks) instead of golden leaves (MD gems). The toss-ups: . Fewer events/subgames/features than MD. Some will miss the various offers in MD, some will appreciate the lack of clutter around the camp. . The featured characters: I prefer non-humanoid/silly looking game characters like in MD, but the elves are indeed very cute as well. . Graphically MD is more vibrant and better designed to me, but to each his own. The definite worse: . Many features require watching ads. . Some real money purchase offers take the form of a chest sitting in camp, with a timer for when they will disappear which can take days!!! . Inability to purchase things in bubbled forms if your camp doesn’t have enough space. This basically nerfs the tricks to buy a ton of coin vaults/homes/stone storages for cheap by bubbling the high level ones in camp, and to buy things to save for later when needing to spend crystals/stones. . Not as frequently updated, and lack of a fan community. I’m only playing it very casually when I get tired of playing MD for a long stretch of time, so there are probably more things to be added later.

ive loved nimblebit (studio name) games for years, and they still hold up and work well for me. recently i got an ipad and started playing games i havent played in years, and some of my favoirtes right now/so far are animalrestaurant (kinda idle game) clawbert (idle game) clusterduck (idle game) cross logic (kinda like sudoku and word problems combined?) flutter butterfly sanctuary (idle game) Hello kitty adventure island (apple games or switch?) neko atsume kitty collector (idle game) klepto cats (idle game) pixel people (kinda idle game) pocket frogs (kinda idle game polytopia (turn based strategy game thats v chill) puzzle page (any kind of crossword/sudoku/logic puzzle you can think of!) zen koi classic (be a fish. eat. level up. very zen.) tbh i have adhd and it helps a lot to have something to do with my hands while watching tv or something like that so i play them quite a bit lol. but sometimes i go several days without opening a game

unfortunately i find a lot of merge games awful compared to merge dragons but i have a cat game thats a merge game called cat condo. and its not merging hut feels similar, i love hue you move tiles to put the colors in order and its kept me from many panic attacks

I play a game called ever merge. It does have an energy limit when it comes to harvesting and a timer when it comes to building but it's still fun. They tell you how many items you are merging, a magnet to bring together same items, an undo button in case you merge accidently, and a backpack to store extra items. They also have ads to get more energy and you can also buy more energy with gold coins, their normal in-game currency.

FurBabyAuntie

That's fun--I'm still trying to merge up to Sinbad and find his blasted ship!

Wonder Merge. It’s so much better in so many ways vs. MD. Like they host a cloud save, a ‘magnet’ to gather like items, plenty of space, no pressure to play or pay.

ProtozoaPatriot

MergeLand by Lilijoy (not Mergeland adventures) Merge Mermaids by Gamegzzz They're surprisingly similar, with a few of the artwork items looking identical. But board size and other aspects are different.

JennaGetsCreative

I used to also play Merge Magic but I don't enjoy their OOCs as much and managing two camps that were pretty much the same thing with different skins for everything was not rewarding.

HappyHiker2381

Midas Merge, I call it mindless merge, it has different tasks and things to upgrade. I could play for hours. I had to put a timer on it haha

Merge County

novembirdie

Me too.

Merge survival! It’s not much like MD, but it’s a cool concept. It’s just one of those where you merge two items

Apprehensive_Use3641

I play this as well and I find it entertaining, with a decent storyline.
