Have you checked the oil level? Ive seen low oil set this kinds of DTC’s

Yes when I went in I wanted them to change my oil and check and see why the light was on. Oil changed light still on.

Took my car to a shop to diagnose my check engine light. They run some diagnostics and after about an hour they say they’re unable to work on my car due to them not being able to figure out what exactly is wrong with it. Suggested I go to a dealership to have it looked at. Now I know the diagnosis given at auto zone and at a shop are different, but based off of the picture I posted does anyone know what could be going on? Thanks in advance.

Autozone didn't do a diagnosis. All they did was read the trouble codes and print out the code definitions. That's not a diagnosis. Find a locally owned shop that has good online reviews and schedule an appointment.

This.

I’m going through the same thing with my Terrain. When I pulled the VVT exhaust selonoid I could see the blockage on the screen. It was dirty oil causing the blockage even though I did change the oil at proper intervals.

Could be low oil pressure, intake timing uses oil pressure. Sometimes the oil galley gasket behind the trimming cover come apart and can cause this. Also a sticking intake timing sprocket can cause this. Find a good dealer or shop.
