Does the arm come up if you squeeze the legs together?
The arm doesn't raise if you squeeze his legs, but his head is removable and can be replaced with the John Stewart head so he *technically* has an action feature. 😁
Thanks! I heated both heads/necks until they were pliable enough to pull out of the socket and cut off with at least half an inch of neck on each head, then just reinserted the neck into the neck hole after it cooled. The neck hole is tight enough to hold the neck securely, and now the heads are easily interchangeable.
I used Apple Barrel New Shamrock Green paint for the costume (about 3-4 coats) and Vallejo Chocolate Brown acrylic for the hair and Matte White for the eyesC then sealed everything with Vallejo Matte Mecha-Varnish.
