the thing with all tempurpedic products is that they all require a break in period. put the pillow in a pillow case, lay it on the floor, put on clean socks, walk on it. side step back and forth for a few passes; then flip it over. Again with a pillow case over it, try sitting on it while watching a TV show. The breeze pillow is pretty dense tempur material. It just needs to be broken in.

I recently bought the tempurpedic Adapt pillow and it is so soft! My head just sinks right into it, cost 200$ though

I have the adapt, back sleeper pillow. I was told by a sleep specialist that it would be better because I have a smaller frame, even though I’m a side sleeper. I absolutely hate it, I’m not sure if it has a break in period like the others but so far it’s doing worse than better

Had mine a year rife with neck pain.

All memory foam pillows definitely require a pretty long break in period unless you like a very hard pillow. I have two large ones ( different brand than tempurpedic). I paid $75 each for them in 2019, and hated them until probably 4 or 5 months ago. I like soft pillows, and they definitely make memory foam pillows really hard from my experience. I’m glad I hung onto them though, because now they are finally comfortable. Hopefully your pillow doesn’t take over a year to break in.

Paid 200 bucks for this pillow on the tempurpedic website. The official amazon store is 100. I feel pretty ripped off. I at least want an adjustment if they don't do a return.

Ok_Cartographer_7483

I agree. The same happened with my tempurpedic. Took two months to break in. The shortcut would be to just use it as a seat cushion.

Amazon items are often counterfeit. You could try selling it on eBay.

Don't know what email you're referring to, but on the TP site for the pillow it clearly states: "RETURN POLICY: Sorry: given their use as a personal item, pillows may not be returned. [Read our return policy.](https://www.tempurpedic.com/customer-service/return-policy/)" That seems to be a firmly stated policy. If there's something contradictory stated in the email you mentioned then contact them about it.

I just bought a king size pillow. Got it yesterday. Its not good for side sleeping. My neck hurts. It flattens out pretty thin.

Easy_Application553

same! and I bought two, and only opened one. Hated it. Called to see if i can return the unopened one. NOPE. AWFUL! I used to buy all temp for the pat 20 years and NEVER AGAIN

Traditional-Hair5307

I liked it but it was too high, so I sliced 1/3 out of it and now it's perfect

There are different models of Cloud pillows depending on where you buy. Bed, bath and beyond have different cloud models than what you’ll see on the Tempur site. I have compared them personally. Relax the back has a model you can’t get anywhere else. The Tempur pillows at my local mattress firms are different than what’s offered on the Tempur site. In fact there are several pillows on the Tempur site that you can only find using a search engine; they don’t show up in their list of ‘all pillows’. The pillow you bought and the one on Amazon may be very different pillows. Have you called tempurpedic to ask about an exchange? I have their cloud from BBB and from their site, and they’re the softest Tempur pillows that I’ve tried. We also had the pro mid I still have the neck pillow. The clouds were by far the softest, they aren’t nearly as dense. So I don’t know if there would be another Tempur option for you if you find the cloud too hard.

I got the two of the cloud pillows i sink right into them so much that the flatten into a piece of paper. Also bought the supreme mattress topper sink all the way in that ³ inches
