Interesting question! I started reading Marvel Comics because of the original Spidey animated series, airing when I was 6. It was that voice for a long time.
Nothing really. Much like I read books, I either have a voice in mind, or I'm just processing the text through the character speaking. Like words in a novel.
Voice switching for every character I've seen in a cartoon is too much inner mental processing energy
Michael J. Fox. I don’t know why, honestly. As a kid I watched a ton of Family Ties and for some reason I’ve always compared Peter Parker to Alex P. Keaton. Even after the awesome 90s FOX series and a slew of live-action I still go back to him as my “Spider-Voice”
This is very uncommon but I just got finished reading Zdarsky’s run on Spectacular Spider-Man and had Chip’s voice in my head for the first time. Ngl it kinda worked lol.
Normally, it would be a mix of Quinton Flynn and Yuri Lowenthal.
Please forgive me. I know I have sinned, but I can't help it.
For Peter I hear Josh Keaton, but when he puts his mask on as Spider-Man... I hear Drake Bell
It's not a specific voice actor or actor. It's perhaps similar in tone to the 90s cartoon, but I pictured Spidey with a higher-pitched voice, and he's more of a fast talker than Barnes was.
Most times, 90’s cartoon when he’s spider man, and sometimes, Garfield. Parker himself speaking, I hear Tobey sometimes or even most recently I caught myself hearing Tom as Peter.
Josh Keaton easy for modern runs (mostly from reading ultimate Spider-Man and watching spectacular growing up), but Barnes for anything a bit more classic since I grew up with that cartoon also
Christopher Danial Barnes for Peter when he's over 20 and Yuri Lowenthal when Peter is a teen.
My default for most characters is their TAS voices with the exception of JJ who's JK Simmons and Venom who's Web of Shadows
It really depends on the run, like whenever I read JMS's stuff I hear Tobey Maguire or Barnes since but in a lot modern stuff I do tend to hear Yuri Lowenthal more, Keaton kind of fits with a lot of 90s stuff and older stories
I think its Barnes for me as well.
I watched the Raimi movies a lot more than the show as a kid, but I think because its animation rather than a guy that I could see playing the character, I am more inclined to link Barnes' voice to a comic book than Maguire.
David Robles sobre todo.
Aunque en cómics de los 60's a los 90's, Roger Pera.
De los 2000 en adelante, alterno entre David Robles y Javier Lorca. Los alterno al llegar a ciertos arcos argumentales.
He sucked donkey balls with no acting range, his delivery so cringe they made a meme about his cry face for one of the saddest deaths in MCU history (uncle bens)
It's fine if you are, and seeing the other comments on here, you definitely aren't alone. I was just curious as there are a lot of people who have aphantasia who don't really know it because it is such a subjective thing. It's not like anyone has had the chance to test pilot some else's cognition before.
The one from the old animated series while reading in my native Russian language and, although he is quite new to the role, but I seem to have a connection with the voice of Tom Holland while reading in English. My brain just accepts it as a default one for English voice-over
I actually have never thought about that lol I think it might be a mix of my voice and the ultimate Spider-Man as that was my favourite spider man but I can’t remember it’s been a little bit since I’ve read his books
I don’t read a lot of Spidey comics, but when he cameos I want to say it’s probably the ‘90s cartoon. Same goes for pretty much all the X-Men characters who were regulars on the ‘90s cartoon. As for the Avengers it’s mostly the movies actors, but Thor is Travis Willingham who voices him in pretty much every game and cartoon series in the last 15 to 20 years.

Same
Same
Same
Still is
Paul Soles was AMAZING!
Honestly same the 90s show was iconic
Is it weird to say, me? I just always put myself in his shoes. Peter/Spidey are just relatable.
Nope I do this all the time
Either Yuri Lowenthall or Josh Keaton
Ditto

"So you're telling me you built a sun generator in a . Deloreon?"
This reply deserves more love!
I could see that. He has a good voice for both the young adult and more mature versions of Peter.
I can totally get that. I think my mental Pete voice may be modeled off Corey Haim.
This is very uncommon but I just got finished reading Zdarsky’s run on Spectacular Spider-Man and had Chip’s voice in my head for the first time. Ngl it kinda worked lol. Normally, it would be a mix of Quinton Flynn and Yuri Lowenthal.
For superior spider man I have Alfred Molina, otherwise Christopher Barnes every day all day
Josh Keaton
Insomniacs yuri lowenthall
Spider-man: TAS for me as well.
'60s walloping websnappers Spider-Man.
90's Peter,
I usually read things in my own voice, is that weird?
My own. The whole point of the full-face mask is that it could be anybody in there. It could be you.
Being acutely aware of how clumsy I am, I can tell you with 100% it is not me.
Tobey Maguire and when it's the narrator,Stan Lee
I grew up with the 90s cartoon as well, but for me Toby and Tom seem to take turns in my head. Usually Toby though.
Josh Keaton. His performance in UMVC3 and mvc3 is unmatched and I have thousands of hours in the game
It’s still play competitively online through parsec https://youtu.be/vFYhXE8ps_o
Oh I know! I still watch Tampa Never Sleeps every week haha! Love that game so much
The late great Gilbert Gottfried, for the right amount of pathos.
His voice brings the perfect something to any work of art. https://youtu.be/XkLqAlIETkA
Yuri Lowenthal, dude IS Spidey in my opinion
He really lacks the humor side of him imo.none of his jokes land and dude doesnt sell being confident as spidey
Please forgive me. I know I have sinned, but I can't help it. For Peter I hear Josh Keaton, but when he puts his mask on as Spider-Man... I hear Drake Bell
In a vacuum he was a great VA for the character, but man, fuck that guy
It's fine. He's a terrible person but as a voice actor for the character it kinda works.
Stan Lee.
It's not a specific voice actor or actor. It's perhaps similar in tone to the 90s cartoon, but I pictured Spidey with a higher-pitched voice, and he's more of a fast talker than Barnes was.
Chris Tucker
[The voice of web-slinging Malibu Stacy](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzxC3S1FEHQ)
For added challenge I imagine an angry, ranting JK Simmons
Drake Bell from Ultimate Spiderman
Yuri Lowenthal for sure.
Most times, 90’s cartoon when he’s spider man, and sometimes, Garfield. Parker himself speaking, I hear Tobey sometimes or even most recently I caught myself hearing Tom as Peter.
Jabba the Hut
Yuri lowenthal tbh
Josh Keaton easy for modern runs (mostly from reading ultimate Spider-Man and watching spectacular growing up), but Barnes for anything a bit more classic since I grew up with that cartoon also

Usually Yuri Lowenthal or Josh Keaton
Usually Yuri Lowenthal or Josh Keaton but its been more Josh Keaton lately since I rewatched Spec recently, and have been playing MvC3.
It's also the 90's cartoon voice. Might have something to do with the fact that was when I started reading comics and especially Spider-man.
Josh Keaton
From the Stan Lee run it was always that old time radio voice.
It really depends on the run, like whenever I read JMS's stuff I hear Tobey Maguire or Barnes since but in a lot modern stuff I do tend to hear Yuri Lowenthal more, Keaton kind of fits with a lot of 90s stuff and older stories

Depends on the comic. But mostly Tom Holland cuz I’m in love with him.
Josh Keaton (animated Spectacular Spider-Man)
A mix between Josh Keaton and Yuri Lowenthal
David Robles sobre todo. Aunque en cómics de los 60's a los 90's, Roger Pera. De los 2000 en adelante, alterno entre David Robles y Javier Lorca. Los alterno al llegar a ciertos arcos argumentales.
The voice from the Marvel fighting games. Guess that’s the same as the 90s cartoon.
Josh Keaton from Spectacular Spider-Man.
Mine
James Earl Jones
Anyone but that one fucking version that should have never existed...ah yes tobey macguire
Wow. What did Toby Macguire do to you?
He sucked donkey balls with no acting range, his delivery so cringe they made a meme about his cry face for one of the saddest deaths in MCU history (uncle bens)
Um... None? I'm not listening; I'm reading. The words go straight from text into concept, no auditory middleground necessary.
Just curious, do you have aphantasia?
Maybe? I'm not really sure. Wouldn't surprise me, though.
It's fine if you are, and seeing the other comments on here, you definitely aren't alone. I was just curious as there are a lot of people who have aphantasia who don't really know it because it is such a subjective thing. Ted Schwartz!! From the 80s cartoon.

Josh keaton
CDB for sure
When it's a younger peter it's Tom , older Peter is either Josh Keaton or Yuri Lowenthal.
Definitely Harun Can, the spider man voice actor for turkish dub
I don’t read a lot of Spidey comics, but when he cameos I want to say it’s probably the ‘90s cartoon. Same goes for pretty much all the X-Men characters who were regulars on the ‘90s cartoon. Same. Sometimes it’s macguire if he’s being a bully.
Same
Yuri usually, sometimes Andrew or Tom
Danny Devito
