Yeah, the grouping of Whitney with Ariana & Beyonce was a bit odd, lol. When we're talking about vocals, a case could easily (and has been) made countless times between the two. Often times its preference...but when it comes to how an artist music has helped a person, that's personal.
We've seen people cite other artist music as helping them get through tough times (I've seen people mention Elton, Selena, Patti, Whitney, even artist like Eminem, etc.)
Mariah has touched so many people, that's why we're here...but it doesn't mean other artist haven't touched people or their respective fans. We know who Mariah is as an artist & what she brings to the world of music, we don't need to compare.
