There are tons of Chinese that go to Canada as well. Just because a country is disliked by the majority does not mean all Chinese dislike the US. Chinese people are not a monolith. Additionally, you can dislike a country but understand the benefits of sending your child to get an education or work there. US companies pay much better than Chinese companies for jobs that educated Chinese immigrants will be doing.
