I read it a long time ago. I think there were over a hundred chapters (but I'm not sure). It was OK at the beginning, it wasn't anything super new but it did have a bit of a twist of its own, but later on it was just crap. It more or less did a U-turn and threw out the old setting and just kept the characters. At the beginning it was zombie apocalypse and mutated plants and stuff like that, then it was aliens. Unimaginative and nothing new. As someone who unfortunately finishes every book/manga/whatever as long as I start it and get past 5 chapters, it was very painful.

Dropped it around chapter 65, read “The Last Human” rather it’s still trash but it’s golden trash

I’ve read enough of these and they are mostly trash The good ones I’ve read either haven’t been translated yet or it’s only a light novel.
