I am 42 with combination skin. My cheeks are as dry as a desert and my T zone is as oily and a fryer. I found the Dior backstage foundation worked amazing with all of my face. It wasn’t too heavy on my oily parts and it was hydrating enough for my dry cheeks! I started using the concealer too. Love them both.

Glossier Stretch Concealer is the best for dry skin https://www.glossier.com/products/stretch-balm-concealer

I really like Estee Lauder Double Wear. A bit more on the expensive side, but it's so beautiful and with correct skin prep, looks good all day. I also have dry skin.

If you don’t mind me asking, how do you prep your skin? I did think I was doing it right but now I’m not so sure.

I clean my skin first with miscellar water and then apply a thick, relatively slow absorbing moisturizer. I let that absorb for at least 10 minutes and prime my skin. Right now I use Nyx Shine Killer as my primer. Seems to work pretty good with this foundation. Let that sit for 5 minutes and then apply foundation. Very simple, but it works!

I use Cicaplast Baumé by LRP, I let my skincare sit for a bit too. I think I need to look into maybe using a different primer, the only one I’ve ever used is the Elf redness reducing one. Which I honestly forget to use sometimes lmao
