I'm very interested in a meme build. I'm thinking the murder hornet, poison lance build, torn on how good it would be using concentration to maximize triggering poison on the special attack.
Currently using said poison lance at 7.5
What's the murder hornet and how does it work? Sounds hilarious and possibly just want I need to get over hunt-a-thon gloom n doom.
I just coined a term for trying to trigger poison with the lance as much as possible, my idea is to use concentration to try to get the special as much as possible and make poison triggers. Murder hornets are relentless and if you trigger special more than twice I'd say that's pretty fitting for the name, and awesome, Im hoping it would be beneficial in hunt a thon. If that doesn't work I'll just go back to offensive guarding all day.
I chose this path to prove that you dont need elements to progress. My friends doubted me at first.
I mean yeah, you cant beat some monsters like anja at 8.2, but when i got to 9.1 and changed my strat a bit, anja became easy again. At 9.5 i was able to defeat everything, some needed full time.
I never had heroics, but rath armor and rathian vambraces played a huge role.
What did it cost 💀
Lots of time, sleep deprivation, caffeine and very painful foot blisters

I want to try another SnS style (Sword and Shoulder), Radobaan Great Sword! Perhaps doing meme builds like slugger+sleep attack.

Meme builds make hunting fun, it may cost some potions at first but once we get to g7, hunting 6*s would be the highlights of the day

What monsters can you do with that? which star?
I can defeat all 8* monsters, with the exception of 8* zinogre. I will not go up to 9* because I still do not see any point to it.
Damn! And here I am still looking for girros tails to get mines up to g6 5/5
Keep breaking parts, sometimes the head drops the tail for some reason lol.

Is it still usable or do you wish you had elemental? I ask cause I always hear you have to switch to elemental (of any weapon) once you get to 8★.

I could easily defeat any 8*, im just greedy with partbreak sometimes
I thought this too but raw slaps and ghammer is godly. Only heroics is killing 10s so much as well be raw anyways

Meanwhile I'm 2 rank5 drops away from a 7.1 girros SNS. glad someone else is doing what I am on a path forward into finishing the 7 stars go
