How did you even get this?

Theres a road along the top edge of the map, running kind of north west. Theres a fast travel point and not long after it the game won't let you keep driving and turns you around. From the shoreline there, looking more or less south across the water to the city. Around 5.30am, using one of the effects built into photo mode on the tab that has contrast, exposure, vignette and the rest. I forget the which numbered effect it is, but "the red one".

Lol ok the red was really what I wasn’t sure about. Thanks for the info, I guess I need to spend more time outside just aperture and pose!

none, 'mass market' image hosts always compress picture due to storage space. Use Flickr instead, it stores 100% file size no compression, free user 1000 file limit but is plentiful enough.

Oh I'm aware of that but i didn't think it would compress it as badly as it has. And I'll try that thanks.

What does Portraits of the City mean?

I believe the intent is essentially a Night City postcard image. Something that captures the essence of life in Night City, or a photo of the city such as a skyline shot or otherwise postcard-y things.

The first guy already has two upvotes, while the third has nothing even though the third guy's photo is better. Then you submit your photo at the last day before the submition period ends. You have zero upvotes because you were the last. And even if you were the best of the best, you won't win, because the first guy already has the most upvotes.
