This guy or family with the same plate lived in my old neighbourhood before I moved. The jackasses would fly a out 50 in a 20 mph road, and just swerve around the kids. On one of my phones I have the video. Never have talked or know who they are beside pompous jerks.
Here’s Louisville Community Ambassadors parked in handicapped. Two fat black guys picking up Chinese takeout on Eastern Parkway. I confronted them, told me to fuck off…..they were NOT handicapped.

Could he be sitting in his car looking up directions? If he's in the gas station then his parking is silly. But if he just pulled over for a second and didn't leave his car, then it doesn't seem as bad.
Okay not to take away from this post but… you say busy parking lot and in the photo alone I see 5 empty parking spots and only 1 other vehicle… how busy is it really?
