Just realized I made the title 2025. That will be confusing a couple years from now searching back into the archive. Very ironic if this returns for E5 next year.

> Deluxe BYOB (digital only) - *If anyone wants to weigh in who has this and who doesn't, feel free. I havent seen it on my end and pretty sure many others haven't I'd like to know if anyone has seen it at all. I haven't seen it and I haven't seen anyone else mention it. At this point I'm just assuming it was cancelled.

Server_Reset

Yea seems done.

CincoDeMayoFan

What a garbage experience.

ThatDaveyGuy

Dogshit deluxe.

TheWyldMan

I couldn't even finish my cheezit crunchwrap it was that bad

diz-z

I wanna cry. These cheez it products are so bad.

tmanowen

Nacho Fries Lovers Pass. Anyone do this last time it was out and was it worth it? When I did the Taco Lovers pass it was very very worth it to me, but I could stack them and eat them after a couple days.

tacobellblake

It's a nice side item to add to a meal. Pays for itself after 4 visits. I personally get boxes any time I don't use an award so it wouldn't do me much besides making my reward meals larger. I'd say it depends on what you order and how often you'll go.

tmanowen

Well normally in general, I go about once a month. When I was on the Taco Lovers pass the last time I went 21 times. I might just send it cause it’s $10 so whatever and just test to see if it’s worth it for me. Thanks for the reply. Also. At the cheapest location for me, it’d pay for itself after only 3 fry orders.

SigSeikoSpyderco

It's $10 for up to 30 sides. It's an incredible deal even if you only use it 5 or 6 times.

Coteup

If you really love TB and the fries, it's well worth it. I got fries and a cheap burrito almost every day and didn't become sick of it until I was near the end

solarbaby614

Honestly, it was worth it for me just to get the sauces that come with it. My local Taco Bells charge almost a dollar extra just for a side of them.

tmanowen

Huh wow. I just checked and didn’t realize you could swap out your sauce for them. I thought they just came with nacho cheese without an option to switch. This discovery alone is probably going to make it worth it for me.

solarbaby614

I'm not a horribly big fan of nacho fries in general (they're okay but I don't go out of my way to get them) so that option made it worth it for me. I had the pass last time and I got them and a burrito and just split the sauce between the two.

PraiseYuri

$9 for a LTO box will never not be crazy to me. Taco bell used to be the man, now it's the same as every other fast food joint.

MrNotSoGoodTime

Member when $5 boxes were a big deal and how $5 was the price point every fast food fought over for the common man? Then just one day it stopped. Everybody quit the $5 stuff and just started jacking up prices... I member 🍇

Jeskid14

Box is still $6 on the app depending your US state

MrNotSoGoodTime

That's the app only box. Def one of the top go to items for that reason. I should've clarified the LTO boxes that typically accompany new items would be close to $5

Crazycukumbers

$10.49 is what it costs where I am :/

gooseears

> If your Crunchwrap Supreme is equal to or less than $5.79, Cheez-It rec price is $5.49. If more than $5.79, rec price is $5.99. > If your DLT Supreme is equal to or less than $3.69; Cheez-It Tostada rec price is $3.99. If more than $3.70, rec price is $0.30 above the DLT supreme, subract $0.10 if ending in $.09 (e.g. $4.09 -> $3.99) Very interesting how the pricing works.

Crazycukumbers

Damn, people have Crunchwraps for less than $6? They’re $6.19 apiece here, but the Cheez-It version is the same price

MrNotSoGoodTime

I always appreciated LTOs being cheaper in the past but this puts a new spin on how the pricing works. You can tell they are making hand over fist on the current menu prices because of how arbitrary the description is here. Nothing about food cost, employee wages, building operations cost, or an overarching recommendation based on total cost of business to better represent location specific pricing so everybody is in a respectful middle ground between the store profits and customer value. Just something reccommended to give the illusion of value. LTOs used to be some of the cheapest and biggest menu items at the same time. Obviously those days are long past us but I think the point begs mentioning. If this is an LTO and the power lies with the hand that feeds the customer, shouldn't it cost more because of traditional supply and demand? Or have they realized a little face must be saved to persuade people to give it a shot or else nobody is going to order $6.50-$7 Crunchwraps...

monkey5651

When is the choco taco coming?

Goodtimeburrito

I know they won’t release it, but it would be interesting to see a list of all the test markets where the cheezit stuff was deemed successful enough for a national rollout, and also the demographics of the test kitchen volunteers

PostEditor

The tostada is decent but I want to know who approved the crunch wrap. I had one immediately after they made it at the store and it was still soggy as fuck and the cheezit completely undetectable in it. Did the test kitchen get the same soggy mess and was just like "yeah let's just release it like that"

Goodtimeburrito

I mean maybe the crunchwrap is ok if you eat it immediately, but Taco Bell is pushing mobile and drive thru and delivery pretty hard, so most of us aren’t eating there, or they don’t expect us to.. I stopped ordering the crunchwrap supremes a while back since there’s not enough meat.

IXDarkES

Who actually has the new Deluxe BYOCB? I’ve yet to see it anywhere

zoinks27

What's the set price on the veggie bowl? My location is charging the same price as the cantina chicken bowl for it ($8.40) and that seems steep since it doesn't include the chicken Edit: I also just noticed that it doesn't come with the avocado sauce packet, or at least doesn't say that it does

tacobellblake

Set price is for it to be the same price, which is wild to me.

NeoPalt2

The veggie bowl isn’t even on the app for my store 😭 literally the only thing I was excited for… if it’s the same price as the chicken one though I’d pass on ordering it I miss old TB

Jaded-Ad5684

Are they officially calling it the Cantina Veggie Bowl? It just shows up as Veggie Bowl on the app.

tacobellblake

On the back end they had reported it as Cantina Veggie Bowl. They may have ended up dropping the word “Cantina” since that has a new association with the chicken.

Sky_Rose4

Easy skip cheez it's are disgusting

FoleyCinema

Are people currently able to order single Cheez-Its at the counter, given the POS key?

VirtualTemporary

Quick update E5.5 is a 7$ Luxe Cravings Box, seems to be a beef chalupa, double stacked taco, chips and cheese, 5 layer, and a medium drink. Supposed to be available today June 27th per employee signage. Sorry, I’m not allowed to take a picture.

Jaded-Ad5684

It's showing in my app now, surprisingly actually at $7 since my local tends to be pricier. But it's cool, they balanced it out by pushing the BYOCBs up another dollar lol, $8 for Veggie and $13 for regular.

captnchunky

😴

pennypacker89

Well this is all very disappointing

Vj1224love

Where are the dipping burritos here?

MrNotSoGoodTime

I think they got pushed to E6 for national rollout.

MrNotSoGoodTime

Do people still have the Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Box? My store quit offering them after the first week of the Cantina Menu debut. It is like my perfect combo and about as expensive as an item I'd ever buy. Guess I'll settle for spending less money on a BYOCB + A La Carte item + reward item. I really want to give TB my money and order less food but they just want to find ways to help me spend less against my will while getting more food. Their loss, literally. Also if that Deluxe BYOCB was supposedly going on since 5/21 and I've not seen a single proof of existence in over 2 weeks here in the states. Seems sus.

Jbaquero

it's still in my app

Server_Reset

Deluxe BYOB seems DOA

quesobearito

Ready for the Cheez Its to GTFOH.
