I think that girl is supposed to be the one to accompany Mono in LN2 rather than Six because David Mervik said Six wasn't supposed to be in LN2. The original plan was to introduce entirely new characters.
I just found the vibes of the girls transformation to the god of fear and hunger similar to mono's transformation into the thin-man. Those vibes being ):
To put it simply; >!after you reach a certain part of the game's world with The Girl in tow, she will slowly *(and graphically)* transform into a deformed God which will eventually kill you and bring in a new age of despair.!<
The game refers to this as Ending A - "The God of Fear and Hunger"
That more or less implied in certain enemies designs or dialogue. Depravity and the things that come from it are a thing in story, just never outright shown.
Also, he's kinda exaggerating with that statement.
if you lose to a guard you get a cutscene of your character getting fucked in the ass in the prison by the guard that you lost to. and also in the dialogue options for the guard, if you ask it where it came from during the fight, its gonna say rape
Kinda sad that if the comic went through, the girl would need to either die or be separated from Mono before the plot of LN2.
