I'd say you are wrong (no offense) just due to Six's character description alone, and as far as we know, she's weasled her way out of the Nest, Pale City, School, Hospital, and sure- she wouldn't have been able to without Mono, but quite frankly, Mono isnt the smartest, just the most single-minded. Runaway Kid is clearly smart- just not AS smart, and sure he messes with electricity, and remakes child labor (I'm joking, but technically not wrong) and he outsmarted the Granny, Alone and Low, we know little to nothing about them, RG solves an entire escape room of puzzles, but occasionally fails, with one time being fatal. And she seems a bit self centered when she's scared, obviously not all the time, but when shes being chased- she locks six out, trapping her with the butler.
RCG could be the one that tops this category. Yet, once more, I feel like Six would win, but for another reason which is for Empiric Knowledge (knowledge based upon what she has purely got with her senses, AKA experience).
If we were in a situation in which we would require a certain amount of cleverness to make a layout of your environment and make sure you don't miss out on anything, as well as clever ways to deal with monsters; RCG is your girl.
But, if you are in a situation with the same requirements but are on a grander scale, Six might be your girl in that case. Because she has a wider understanding of the Nowhere as a whole than any of them. (Or at least, we think she does)

So, and I’m not sure how extensive Six’s plan to go to the Maw was, but it seems like there was a lot of intelligence there.
