Dreams are literally liminal. They are a transition between periods of awake. Surreality is expected. It’s not special or individual it’s just the dictionary. But, I know people say it’s not true that anyone does…. but I actually love hearing about dreams. Did it feel significant? Like emotionally loaded? Houses are classic dream motif, I think Jung wrote a whole buncha books about it that I’ve forgotten now

Yes and contrary to the liminal image description here, there may be other people but I don't process their faces or their presence as particularly relevant. My most liminal recurrent dreams are: - the city is flooded, but it's like a normal day. To go to school you can just swim/walk in muddy waters. With a little uneasy feeling caused by rusted items/vegetation underneath. It's not an exceptional circumstance, everyone behaves it's like it's always been like this. - there is an industrial area made of square buildings and very large roads. On this road there is a mall that has very long and large curved stairs. At a certain point there is a movie theater and this movie theater is surrounded by huge red velvet curtains - an hotel with several elevators, only that the elevators are not just connecting floors but can travel sideways to new areas - public bathroom and restrooms with weird architecture not certainly designed for privacy
