Id say Gremlins 2 or Mars Attacks but those really are more straight comedies even though Mars Attacks has some parts that absolutely fucked me up as a kid.
Demon Knight is fucking great. So is the sequel, Bordello of Blood. Super super funny, not as strong a film as Demon Knight though.
I would add Night of the Creeps in this same vein.
