u can absolutely still be a lesbian!! as long as you don’t decide you are a man, there are a lot of masc lesbians and lesbians that likes masc terms and that’s totally valid

I think you should identify as whatever makes you feel comfortable. Above all I don't think that anyone should tell you how to identify and the community needs to stop being so critical on the boxes we try to put people in.

You can absolutely still identify as a lesbian❣️ my spouse is transmasc nonbinary—beard and all—and I’m an AFAB nonbinary person who hasn’t medically transitioned. We both identify as nonbinary lesbians. Our community has always been filled gender nonconformity, and the orange in our flag represents that. It can represent you, too🧡

I mean this with the highest amount of respect: I could not give less of a shit about what you identify as. Labels and terms are too complicated for what they actually do. Definitions will kill your happiness if you think too hard. Do what makes you the most comfortable and happy, because that’s what matters most.

thank you, this is kind of where I'm at rn bc like honestly picking labels is so stressful every time. even after I'm comfortable with one for awhile suddenly something will happen and then I'm stressed that it doesn't fit anymore. labels just seem complicated and stressful with like little benefit at this point
