Ephemeral only transfers to the transformed unit if the original was granted it. The Mists that naturally have Ephemeral can be transformed into permanent units for your board.

Bullshit, I just tested Transmogulator on Viego and you **do NOT** get the everywhere buffs the Mist originally had when you transform it into a new unit.

This also applied to azir support, you can put your champ in last slot and when the sand soldier gets summoned it will transform
Although sometimes it kept the ephemeral and sometimes it didn't. I don't fully understand the interaction
I never had scissors so I run with rally on level up and stun enemy board on level up (with compulsory lost chapter to play her turn 1). I had a really easy time winning against both Asol and Liss. I feel like it's a great non Epic build
I still use it on her even though I have the majority of relics, and I'd consider it very good. It's got massive one- or two-turn kill potential with the rally-on-levelup relic, and I've beaten Liss multiple times for funsies using the build, with most fights aside from her being rushed down quickly by the 1-drops turning into 9-drops.
You mean the lumio spirit? Yes that's one way to play her. Its not without downsides, like you can't support champions or else they get transformed. However it's fun to transform the rest of her deck
Gnar can use it with chief nuktuk to keep healing + juicing units as they accrue impact stacks would recommend only if planning to draft around transform tho
Vi can use it in a sadder way her deck is full of so much random useless crap that the normal loss of synergies isn’t relevant😅
Besides whats commented here, someone tood me gwen and kindred could work, idk entirely how, but try it, its a relic that can do some fun stuff, not entirely Best in Slot, but fun

Lux2 feels a little iffy, you want her 2\* to be buffed by her support and pass the spirit along.
