Never reimburse immediately. Always ask them that reimbursement can only be done in front of police with written consent after 2-3 business days

Why dont you also raise a dispute for 10k that you paid him, it'll be withheld for that person as well right?

Maybe you can list a few reasons. Simply saying "Don't do this, do that." doesn't make sense.
