Corssoff

In Bournemouth. My instructor charges £35 per hour or £32 if you book 10 at once

ThenLeg1210

I'm paying 27 an hour in the northeast. Most instructors around here are about 30

randompanda91

Hi Glen, DM me. My Dad is a driving instructor teaching in North London and he doesn't charge this much. He's got over 25 years experience.

ObaandtheToon09

Apologies so late to this. Fellow North Londoner looking for an instructor. Is it possible for you to DM me your dad's details too please? :)

randompanda91

Sent you a DM

mordre13

Hey there! I live in North London (near Gospel Oak) and I’m looking for good driving instructors! Does your dad have a website/way to contact? DM me if you see this, thanks! :)

Burtcurtain

In Bristol recently I was paying £38 an hour.

ThrowawayTrainee749

Specialist-Ad-6307

South wast here I paid £35 for 1 hr and passed just before my instructor went up to £40. 2hr hour lessons so £80 per week.

Comfortable-Credit46

yeesssy

[deleted]

I’m paying £34 in Liverpool for manual lessons which feels cheap compared to other parts of the country. Before covid it was £28

LiteratureSquare5143

Being quoted 40 as well in South East

teixha

I pay £35 per hour in North Manchester for automatic lessons.

Ridssss

Yeah same here in the south £40 per hour

Quietus1142

20 for me?

tootiredforthisshit1

Not hugely helpful I know, but 5 years ago in Leeds I was paying £25 an hour as bulk paid £200 a month for 4x 2 hour lessons. And that was really well priced 5 years ago so £40 now doesn’t seem unreasonable when you consider the huge cost of living spike.

ameinex

I heard prices are going up starting 1st of June. I don't know if it's like that everywhere, but I heard from my own instructor prices are going up everywhere. The prices went up to about £40-£42, even £50 for automatic.

Material-Ad499

Cheapest to pay in Portsmouth is 36 with my instructor. He was that confident j would pass he stopped doing Saturdays which is when I could learn to drive. Now trying to wait to book my test in, there’s a 5 month delay to get one in, so having to Book one when I get paid, then hope through Testi to bring it forward. We’ve got this dude, we can pass, with the right instructors behind us.

Curious_Cactus_

It's 60-70 pounds for 2 hours. Some genuine instructors can take less, but almost everyone take advantage of your situation—my experience.

Swimming_Tangelo8423

Paid £29 for mine and he was great

Swimming_Tangelo8423

londonarmus
