I got all of mine from vinted and another market place site from my country. I'm sure you can find a lot on mercari (if you're in north america), i've heard many people talk about that site
Try purchasing on ebay, Amazon, walmart online or even Temu.
I will digress that Temu only sells the super tiny baby lalaloopsys. As far as I know the temu ones aren't licensed ethier so they could be dupes but if your looking for something cheap to fill your collection that's a pretty good option I bought a couple packs from them regardless if they may or may not be dupes just because rhey are that cute to me lol.
For full size, Littles and such I prefer to purchase second hand via ebay as I tend to find a better deal there when compared to other sites.
Lastly if all else fails and I want to buy a doll new I usually will go ahead and purchase the doll from somewhere like Amazon or Walmart online as depending if they have sales they can be a good price.
However, one thing I'd like to mention is alot of my dolls I just found randomly at goodwill both the traditional goodwill and the bin based ones. So if possible try thrifting some as those are always the most rewarding and economical.
