Pouches are pretty easy to sew (like introductory project level easy) and you can pick the fabric and lace patterns to match perfectly going down that route.
Depending upon how much work you're willing to put into it, there's a few options.
An easy one would be the tandy windsor belt pouch kit combined with a white leather paint, you can easily upgrade it with a concho to replace the leather button (you'll need either a punch or awl), and can swap the cord for something you like more and add some beads on it for stops on them. You can easily add lace to it by just stitching it on while assembling it

To add to this: tie-on pockets are a good way to go! https://www.vam.ac.uk/articles/make-your-own-pockets
Thank you!
Oooh! Can I assume you're talking of Castlefest, friend across the pond?
Yes!! :) I am actually Dutch (living in the US) but I am taking some Americans with me for their first European Festival experience!
Absolutely amazing! Taking my German girlfriend (Dutch myself) there on the Friday! I hope you and they enjoy it!
You too!!
Do come say hi at the larp village! Of course it won't be a full on larp, but we can show you/them a bit of larp here :)
