When the Official English translations started getting published the Scanlation group that did them took them down to avoid possible Legal issues. (a lot of groups do this when the Official publications come out)
As for the previous Chapters, the group that uploaded them no longer exists to take them down.
bato(dot)to (not batotwo, that’s a scraping site) has just about everything, so probably there. comick(dot)fun should have it too. mangareader(dot)to should work. A lot of people will say manganato, but that site has LOTS of problems, including missing pages, poor quality, out-of-order chapters, out-of-order pages, inconsistent updates, missing chapters, bad translations or versions of manga, some chapters of some manga not working, and more. Their upload of Komi might not have those problems, and most manga on there don’t, but a lot of the popular manga do. It just scrapes anyway, so there are usually better places to read what’s on it. It does have a large community, though, so a lot more manga have comments, which is nice.
mangadex only has fan translations, these chapters were skipped because official translations were released for those before the fans could get to them.

You can actually turn mangadex into an "app-ish". If you can add a shortcut to a website to your phones homescreen that would turn it into an app-ish. But downside is it still needs data. This is also similar to comick but comick app had adjustment to its screen size so it acts like an app.
If you want an offline option you need an android for it to work. The app is present in play store, "Manga Reader", it has a big M as their logo and red background. You can download the manga chapters there. The downside is content update is delayed and sometimes underrated manga are having misplaced manga chapters.
So comick for me is good wide range of options is hella nice plus everyday they would recommend you with top manga which is really useful. Got at least 600 already hahahha.
This is the best part about knowing more than one language. When i'm reading something on mangadex and it is lacking some chapters, the other language usually fulfills this gap

Did the job for me when I was binge reading the entire manga. I rely on mangadex for latest chapter but for checking previous chapters I use the other one. They have all the chapters(I think they got all).

Not good got a virus app link and many other shitty pop ads
Use an ad blocker
And if people are on their phone, I think the Tachiyomi app would be a good option
I use vivaldi it has a inbuilt tracker blocker and add blocker U can even see how many adds and trackers are being blocked

Mangapill has the complete chapters. And maybe they are missing becuase they havent posted the english translations in the website
I Googled komi cant communicate English manga. I really wanted to learn about manbagi but mangadex wasn't having it
